Acceptance

By installing or using the Taksa mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

License

Taksa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. The liturgical texts, audio, and translations packaged in the App are provided for personal devotional use; rights in the underlying liturgical works belong to their respective copyright holders.

No warranty

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in the liturgical texts, we cannot guarantee that every text or translation is perfectly accurate or current. For authoritative liturgical practice, please consult your priest or eparchy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taksa and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Third parties

The App relies on Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and AWS for distribution and hosting. Your use of the App is also subject to the App Store and Google Play terms of service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
